- About Three Corners
- The Envisioning Process
- Ideas Shared
It takes just seconds to register here and become part of the discussion that will guide Three Corners and Vero Beach to a future we will all be proud of for generations to come.
Three Corners, located at the base of the Alma Lee Loy (17th Street) Bridge, is widely considered the most valuable waterfront parcel remaining in South Florida.
And, now, we – the citizens – have an unprecedented opportunity to shape the future of this 38-acre waterfront parcel.
Vero Beach has engaged world renowned DPZ CoDESIGN to help us envision the evolution of the old power plant, sewer plant and former post office annex.
Some have suggested we preserve it as green space or a park. Other ideas we’ve heard include shops, a waterfront restaurant, boutique hotel, restaurants, an area for paddle boarding, kayaking and sailing – even the idea of a museum dedicated to Vero Man was raised.
What do you want to see happen at Three Corners? Speak Up, Vero Beach. We want to hear from each and every one in our community interested about the future of this property.
